They do not represent a guaranteed salary offer, formal contract specification, or binding financial commitment from any hiring institution.

Candidate Due Diligence Requirement
International teaching packages vary significantly based on individual factors, including accredited years of experience, marital status, dependent child school fee allowances, local tax residency status, and specific contract negotiation.
You acknowledge and agree that:

B. No Brand Affiliation or Endorsement
Leopard Fish Intel is an independent intelligence platform. Reference to any international school, educational group (e.g., GEMS, Cognita, Taaleem, Nord Anglia), or host ATS platform does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, corporate affiliation, or official partnership between Leopard Fish Intel and that entity.
C. Outbound Indexing Architecture
Leopard Fish Intel operates as a direct indexing engine. We do not host application forms, alter official job specifications, or collect recruitment fees from candidates. Outbound source buttons (Direct ↗, TES ↗, PDF Spec ↗) route candidates directly to primary HR endpoints and public career portals maintained by the respective schools.
User Conduct & Acceptable Use
When using Leopard Fish Intel, you agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract platform data, benchmark tables, or underlying school datasets without prior written authorization.
- Interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the integrity or security of our servers, database APIs, or network routing infrastructure.
- Attempt to bypass authentication controls or access protected account routes without valid authorization.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leopard Fish Intel, its founders, operators, and developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your access to, reliance on, or inability to access the platform.
- Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in financial models, cost-of-living indices, or job vacancy listings.
- Relocation costs, contract disputes, financial losses, or employment decisions resulting from research conducted on the platform.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Leopard Fish Intel, its operators, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.
Modifications to Platform & Terms

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
